If you have a favorite piece of artwork from your child, a cerificate from college or a photograph of your greatest moment as a skydiver, we can capture that cherished image in our glass and stainless steel products.

The image/graphic that we can use for etching must be 100% black and white. This means anything in the image must be completely black or completely white and nothing inbetween. We can convert your image for a $25 fee or you can do it yourself if you have the ability and access to a drawing/graphics sofware package.

If your image/graphic is a line drawing or text such as an award certificate or clipart, then an electronic image file or mailed photocopy could be sufficient for us to use with no modification as long as it meets the requirement below for line thickness and clean edges.

However, photographs and color graphics must be converted to 100% black and white before we can use them. A photocopy will not do this. It contains varying shades of gray which will not work. Color graphics, like in the example below, need to be converted to lines or dots of 100% black.

Also, photographs need to be converted to black and white halftones which is a pattern of fine dots. We do this conversion ourselves and an artwork fee applies.

PAY ARTWORK FEE ONLY

You may have seen artwork/set-up fees of $50-75 or more. We only charge a $25 layout fee and allow you to avoid it entirely if possible.
